"This is a good professional tree service.
They ate arborists so they know how to care for the trees, verses the many unlicensed tree trimmers that constantly try to get our business.

"I am a professional speaker and I am considered one of the leading experts on "Customer Service" in the US. Kevin provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. His work was meticulous. His venders were all excellent. This job took 2 weeks and every day he left my garage impeccably clean. He would even clean the driveway and the street before he left. He communicated with me regularly. He was flexible on a few adjustments we had to make. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

"Originally they were very good they just never come back and taken care of any of the other work, they were good at the very beginning, they were on top of every thing at the very beginning but after they did the initial work and they needed to come back an did touch ups they never come back and done anything more, I can't get them to come back and do anything more.
They are way over priced compare to what they should be and I didn't realize it at the time but when I found out afterwards it was too late."

"To start, Steve Letwinch showed up on-time and has a very professional demeanor. He has an extensive and impressive building background.
One thing I really liked about Steve was his willingness to work with me before we ever even entered into contract. I continued to refine precisely what we wanted in the back yard, to discuss numerous options with him, and in the process had a lot of questions--each time Steve willingly and very patiently priced the cost differences and answered my questions in-detail. And his responses were extremely timely; I didn't have to wait days for him to get back to me. This was how it went through the entire construction process--any question that I had throughout construction was usually answered within a couple of hours, and on very rare occasions within no more than twenty-four hours. Steve has excellent and very timely follow-up skills.
Steve's proposal was detailed and specific, which was a breath of fresh air as surprises can arise if you don't nail down every detail at the time of contract. His pricing was very competitive as well.
If you, the reader, are new to construction or remodeling, it's good to know that there are always bumps in the road along the way. The question is how does a contractor respond--does he repair it or does he let it go and expect you to accept it? I noted a couple of things, Steve himself noted a couple of things, and he fixed everything to our satisfaction. The end result? Beautiful!
For the pricing quoted above, please keep in mind that our patio cover is 14 x 33, has 8 x 8 posts, 4 x 8 rafters, 2 x 4's on the top, and knee braces. And the rebuilt deck now matches. So these are very "beefy" and rich looking--not your typical patio cover by any stretch. The two retaining walls are also each 35 feet long, so roughly 70 lineal feet of retaining walls. And the fireplace is a full masonry, wood-burning fireplace with a damper--nine feet wide by seven feet tall, so these were all extensive to build.
We're very, very happy with the final result in the back yard. Steve brought in good subs--the concrete turned out beautifully, the fireplacewas built by a mason who has built masonry fireplaces for many years (why get a pre-fab fireplace when, with Steve's very competitive pricing, you can spend just a few dollars more and get a gorgeous masonry fireplace!), the stucco work is perfect, and the patio cover has made our back yard an oasis. We've had several friends comment on how lovely everything turned out, and we absolutely agree.

"Without question, Fiorebuilt Construction exceeded my expectations and has given me the home I have always dreamt of. I stumbled upon Fiorebuilt Constrution, as I was picking my daughter up from her friends house who was having work done by Fiorebuilt Construction. I was looking to remodel my home and mentioned that to my friend who introduced me to Anthony Fiore. I made an appointment for Anthony to come over and take a look at what I wanted to do in my home. Anthony arrived on time and was dressed professionally, he listened to what I had to say and then proceeded to explain the ins and outs of home remodeling. He explained and answered every one of my questions in a direct and honest manor. He didn't make me feel obliged or pressured into making any decisions I was not comfortable with. At my second meeting with Anthony he and his partner Klay both came out to my home and conducted an extensive free consultation on the work I wanted to do in my kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Anthony and Klay listened carefully to all of my questions and concerns. The project started a few months after our initial meeting and ran very smoothly, the workers showed up to my home on time, everyday, and did not leave until their work was completed. Anthony and Klay of would stop in from time to time to make sure that everything was coming along to my design expectations. My kitchen, bathroom and bedroom have been completed and I have begun my next project with Fiorebuilt Construction. I have recommended their services to all of my friends and family. Fiorebuilt Construction is unlike other construction companies, which design and work in ways that are convenient for their company. They work closely with the customer from beginning to end. I truly apprecite their work and thank them for all that they have done."

"Sometimes you need some luck and sometimes a sharp eye, but look what happens when the two meet:We bought an apartment 1500 sqf at a bargain price and I needed a major overhaul, I heard about David and his work from my friend the he built him a hose from scratch, I got the phone and immediately had a great chemistry between us we received bids from different contractors, but with David I had a feeling he will answer all needs. The renovation cost: $100,000 which included the demolition of most of the interior walls, replacing flooring, installing new infrastructure of electricity, lighting, air conditioning and plumbing, new kitchen and adding a specially designed furniture.David's team quickly begin to break down the inner walls David's vision was a large bedroom and luxurious bathroom including parents and reading corner, an open kitchen and bar seating includes practical and accommodation, large spacious living room, large dining area and family room. In addition, large rooms and private white, can shower and General Services for the guests. In terms of conceptual design, it was important for me to keep straight lines and clean, the feeling of space and a feeling of warmth in a family. To meet my expectations, and because of the limited flat space, David proposed to increase the area of the apartment at the expense of the balconies. We broke most of the interior walls of the house. Even the lighting fixtures designed specifically modern artistic style with touches of classical properties: Crystals and touches of gold paint on a white background. In addition, we combined graphic art as an integral part of the building, which gave the house a sense of warmth and luxury. Large tile flooring was replaced to give the apartment a sense of size and distance. The kitchen and living room: kitchen, dining room and living room were combined into one public. Separation of the different functions was used for lighting and furniture games with attendance.Living room wall made of wood painted with epoxy, which is the heart of the house. Because an area of relatively large kitchen, we chose not white but elegant cream-colored.Children's rooms were located at the right side of the apartment, separated by a modest family room and hallway. Each room is designed in an atmosphere that suits his tenant. The children's bathroom alone dared to break the outline of the house and use dramatic colors and contrast of black and white. Our bedroom located on the left side of the apartment, away from children. The bedroom area was increased at the expense of the porch, and created his balcony option. David has created us and romantic spacious suite includes spacious shower and toilet separated by a designed glass door , and a reading corner with a view. We selected bedroom brick shades to get reflection from the color of the walls (light coffee color) that made the furniture look white with creamy caress. Sticker pasted on the wall with vinyl graphic print specially designed by the company's graphic designer. My favorite element is flat plasma wall, 20" long, special order - wall both functional and design. This is a piece of furniture joinery painted white epoxy. I trusted David with closed eyes and I got a pleasant surprise. All phases of renovation we knew only in general terms what is going to be and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome."
