About us

Malbec Builders specializes in high-end remodeling projects. We also offer architectural and engineering services for our clients who may need this aspect in their Scope of Work. We are a California Licensed, Bonded, Insured Corporation. We provide Workman's Comp on all employees. We handle all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. And yes, we can do new builds if you like. Malbec Builders has two divisions, Malbec Builders and Malbec Realty. Generally when someone purchases a home, they want to do some type of remodeling. So we work with new homeowners on their projects to make their home just the way they want it. We can even remodel or install new pools & spas if you like. Malbec Builders is a boutique builder who is more about quality and craftsmanship than volume of revenue. We only do a few projects at a time so we never lose our focus on your project. We offer many references if requested.

It's a great company to work with. I worked with many contractors in my life, never had as good experience as working with Malbec Builders. Always in touch, never charge "unexpected" fees, always follow the schedule. When I don't like something (which happened just a couple of times) they redone immediately with no extra charge. I definitely recommend working with Wade and his team.

Above and Beyond! After a long search and having no luck finding a company to handle the work needed in and around our new home, we found Wade and his expert team. Every job from kitchen, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and so much more was carefully handled and executed to perfection. From the most challenging down to the simplest of tasks this is a business that does what they say they’re going to do and won’t stop until you are 100% satisfied. Moving is difficult enough but finding the right company to put on the finishing touches make it much less stressful. Wade, Darryl, Juan and Jose were just what this new homeowner needed. I would most definitely recommend them for any of your home repairs or improvements. 100%!

Malbec Builder team did a complete re-model of my casita for a rental and it turned out wonderfully. They did paint, installed a mini-split AC unit. Added a sink and counter as well as re-did the flooring in the unit. It turned out wonderfully and I would definitely hire them again for another project. Wade and Darryl were very attentive and made sure I was happy at each step of the process.
