"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Bottom line: Our pool is completely re-plastered and looks GREAT. That was what we cared about when we went out looking for just the right company at the right price to do the job. We got 3 quotes and 2 of them were MUCH higher than Crystal Pool and Spa. The 3rd was basically the same price but what made us decide to go with CPS was their volume. They do this often and are really good at it. I saw the few complaints online, but I also realize that most people who are pleased don't spend the time to come back and write a glowing review. Our lives are too busy and as much as we want to, we forget. I also saw the great reviews for them on various sites and knew that they were legit. So now it came down to execution...and they were tremendous.
Their owner Shawn was absolutely fantastic. He kept us informed throughout the whole process on what to expect and the company checked in often to make sure everything was cool. From demolition to the replaster to the start-up and follow-up, Crystal Pool & Spa was fantastic. And FAST! The minor issues that we had were resolved immediately and they were SO nice with us, checking in with us every step of the way just to make sure everything was cool and making sure we were maintaining it correctly so that we could use our new looking pool as soon as possible. Their prices were so good we thought, "could this be too good to be true"...but it was all legit and we are so happy we made the choice. Not only did we save thousands of dollars (literally) by going with them, but our pool looks and feels fantastic. We have no leaks and are just starting to enjoy our pool and spa as it was meant to be used during these hot summer months. I highly recommend Crystal Pool Group (aka. Crystal Pool & Spa)!"

They were also very nice and considerate. An excellent job. I'll recommend them for sure. On Friday they got caught in traffic due to an accident, but this morning they came 25 minutes early and stayed double the contracted time, with 4 cleaners rather than three, so they could perform extra services."

We went with other due to us pool weak guarantees and insistence that we purchase only there equipment. I would not be reluctant to use them if we had a more conventional pool project."

"Tile Cleaning and acid wash were good and the pool looked great for a few weeks. He was supposed to replace a broken/missing cap in the pool and trouble shoot why the jets in the spa weren't working properly.  He advised us the cell in the salt water system was too small for our pool size and tried to talk us into using chlorine instead. We had never had a problem with the salt water system with our prior pool guy but replaced him because he didn't always show up. This guy never replaced the broken/missing cap and never addressed the problem with the spa. The pool has not been clear for weeks.  He last showed up on 4/1/14 and today when we called he advised that he stopped coming because he wants to be paid in advance. We have had a pool for 20 years and have never had a pool service company demand payment in advance. HIs price for weekly pool service was reasonable. We paid $ 600.00 for the pool tile cleaning and acid wash. I don't know if that is reasonable or too high.  We had a new pool guy look at our pool and he said the salt system we have is the right size for the pool and that the salt content was very low.  .
