The technician/ inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in showing us pictures of the worn, damaged furnaces (2). He explained the options for repairs and replacement as well as pricing considerations. In the end we decided to have them install 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pumps to replace our old AC units.
