"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"We were extremely pleased with their expertise and plumbing competence! We had a ?clogged? toilet emergency in a one bathroom home & could find no one to come out and heard prices that require selling a kidney. Plumbing is not cheap, but they were very reasonable in comparison to the many we called. They were so kind, came out in 20 minutes and got the job done. "First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. Overall Mila and her crew did fantastic work and communication with in project was very clear. We highly recommend. They are very clear, patient, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. "We decided our attic needed to be cleaned and insulation replaced. We contacted Attic Pros office located in Oakland. Juan inspected our property and gave us a reasonable estimate and was very responsive during the process. Lugerio and his crew arrived on time and did a very detailed removal, cleanup, rodent proofing, sanitization, and replacement of our attic insulation. They put down plastic tarps, wore boot covers when inside and kept the area clean as they worked. All crew members worked together under Lugerios direction and were very diligent in their assignments. They got it done in 1 day and did not take any shortcuts.
