Very professional. Great job in a difficult situation

Francisco did a great job on Roman tub fixture and shower. The only drawback was a charge of $120. Per to go shopping with us for proper shower unit. Which I then found on Amazon for half what the local store charged me. I think the shopping charge should have been maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of reg hourly rate or negotiable. Overall I would have him back if I need a plumber.

I hired Northwest Plumbing to do all of the plumbing on two different projects. One was an extensive home remodel/addition which was basically doing all of the plumbing for a new home. Drain/waste lines with sewer hookup, natural gas plumbing including a new gas meter location, and of course all of the new hot and cold water lines including a tankless hot water heater. He has completed all phases thus far in a professional and timely manner. Including making special trips to rectify little problems that have come up during construction. We will be prepared for him to complete the finish plumbing in 4-6 weeks and I have every confidence it will be done with the utmost craftsmanship. The other project was a garage addition on an adjacent property where he assisted me in relocation of close to 100' of 4" sewer line. He then plumbed a drain line, and installed water supply lines for a utility sink in the garage. I will be using Francisco for all my future plumbing needs, both large and small.

The water main leak needed repair on Saturday, they arrived promptly, excavated and repaired the leak. Very prompt, professional, and thorough. I would recommend and use them for any plumbing project or emergency repair.

I had a water heater that needed replacing and got about 4 different bids. Francisco came in at a very fair rate and even included the permit from the City. He's professional, friendly, courteous, and did the job in about 2 hours. He went above and beyond by showing me some really unfortunate water damage the old water heater had done to the surrounding wall and even cut out an area of rotted sheet rock for me so it wouldn't spread. He had to come back out to fix something for the City's code requirements and was here the very next day after I called him. Great customer service! I highly recommend Francisco.
