The unit was about 15 years old, and not worth investing in. I wasn't prepared to buy a new one right now. At least I felt like I knew what I was going to need to do, and how much it might cost. The air-conditioner was faulty and will need replacing at some point. I was very satisfied with the service and advice I got."

"Moore services my HVAC every six months. The crew that came out for my recent call, have been to my house before. Nice to see familiar faces. My main sewage drain clogged in front of my house at 4:50 pm. I called Moore and you’re team came out in 30 minutes. The crew had it unclogged at 5:40 pm. I couldn’t believe it. I was considering taking my family to a hotel. With that clog, staying in the house was not possible. You guys are awesome!!!"

They also went the extra mile in removing mouse damaged ducts and cleaned up. Our home was never dirty as there employees laid down protective tarps and wore â bootieâ s inside our home and vacuumed at the end of each day. "Note: The work performed was for replacement of the Triangle Tube boiler for my radiant heating and domestic hot water system. There was no option matching this so I selected heat pump. Sean and Climate Services was assigned to my service request by my home warranty company and I am so glad they did. My Triangle Tube boiler was failing to ignite and Sean determined it was due to a cracked heat exchanger. It was decided to install a new Triangle Tube boiler due to the age of the old unit. This started a chain of events which included receiving new boilers that were damaged and the closure of the Triangle Tube company. Sean worked with the distributor to return the Triangle Tube boiler and replace it with a Navien system which has worked beautifully. Sean is meticulous, pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. I am planning to use Climate Services to design and install a multi-zone mini-split system for the same house."
