Within 20 minutes Jacob the owner called and said he could have one of his employees out to my house that afternoon between 3 and 4. Jordan the tech called to say he would be here just a little after 3. He was able to diagnose the problem with my bathroom exhaust/heater fan which had a bad heater coil and said when the parts were in he would be back to install them. He was very professional and explained everything well. Even though it was more work, he reassembled the fan minus the heater part so we would have exhaust fan function. "Our project started out on the small end of things as we were about to have our house repainted -- a good time to get some electrical updates completed. We called Steve and he came out the same day to help us address the immediate issues. After talking with him, we started sharing our thoughts for other electrical work and that's when Steve's creativity kicked in. When it came time for the installation work, it exceeded our expectations. The foreman, Shawn, led his team through each of the projects with high professionalism and excellent quality of work.
