Robert Hackle, and Steven Martin came to do work on my house. Seemed Very knowledgeable. I asked if they were certified, but one of them said through the company. I'm not sure if personally he was? I was told about at $50 discount if I gave a decent review. I said I would, but felt very uncomfortable because i had to do it right then and I was watched?? While I wasn't completely happy with this company and their billing practices! The kitchen took more than 1 day to do because they didn't have the cans in the truck, the Bathroom Vanity light installation took 3 days to do. 1st installation not centered and was 1/2 inch from the side wall and Loose. They did finally come to center the light and try to fix the issue and I was charged more (Not happy). I was Somewhat happy with the outcome. Make sure you are VERY descriptive with the work you want. Installation to them, just meant basic, not centered, not checked for movement? I should not have had to call 2, or 3 times for them to fix it, then get charged more fir an installation. Check Everything!! Make sure Billing and charges are understood b4 you hire them! I was charged for things I didn't agree with. Glad the jobs are finished.

Jacob and Fernando came out to the property the day after we called and took care of what could have been a dangerous fire hazard. These guys were professional, courteous and fast!!! Great job and great communication

These guys did a very nice job. There was a no cost estimate. They worked with me to define the job so that it met my needs at a reasonable cost. They were friendly and easy to work with. Came to the project at the appointed time and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I definitely will call this team for my next electrical project.

Very well... power went off about 9am. Thought it was my internal power. Power to the building (condo) is master switch on the side of the building. That switch has failed in the past. I checked that switch, turned it off and on. Still no power. Called the Cavenee office to see if they could get someone to come out ASAP. Typically that doesn't happen, understandably. However, they made room in their schedule to get me some help. About an hour later Robert arrived to check everything out. Did a safety check on my internal panel (it had never been done before (building is over 50 years old). Good to have that checked out. In the final analysis turns out SCE was the culprit after all. Still, I was very glad to have same day service in a pitch. Thanks to Steve Cavenee's staff for making room in their already busy schedules.

It went perfectly. Omar replaced 2 light switches with no issue. Omar was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. I would highly recommend Omar. Also, Janna was very helpful. She was very prompt on answering my questions and concerns.

What a wonderful company!! Jana, Steve and Shaun are not only professional and knowledgeable, but very kind and delightful…it’s a rarity these days. They knew exactly what we needed fixed and they completed the job swiftly. My mom is elderly/ handicapped and Shaun was very patient with her…Do yourselves a big favor and hire them! You won’t be sorry. I can’t say enough about how great they were! 5 stars!

Answered request promptly. Shawn arrived on time, very polite and gave us a reasonable quote to run new electric line from attic to install a chandelier as well as replace a one switch box to a two light switch box. Set up date and time, Steve sent two electricians Tom and Nate got the job done in a few hours. They both were very friendly and were very mindful of our cat Kobe and not leave front door open. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I requested a quote to have some electrical work done so we could install a chandelier in our dining room, Shawn Herman called us right away and came out to do an estimate, he was very friendly and knowledgeable which is the primary reason why we decided to hire them. The technicians that came out to do the work were Tom and Nathan. They were awesome and got the work done right. We highly recommend them.

Steve Cavanee Electric installed a power transfer unit at my house to transfer power from the grid to generator power. They did excellent work, showed on time and did the installation at a fair and reasonable price. They provided follow-up communication with directions as well. I will be using them again as the need arises.

quick & easy & fast... very professional

I have used Steve Cavanee Electric several times over the years and am always happy with their work. This time I needed a new exterior grounded plug for a new drip irrigation system I'm have installed. This time I wanted a four plug outlet, which was no problem. As usual, they were on time, cleaned up after themself and was not overpriced. I highly recommend this company.
