Best deck maintenance specialists near Laguna Hills, CA

"Excellent. David and his team worked with me throughout the entire process. A received a prompt call from David after my initial inquiry. He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. After reading reviews from others, I can say that I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to hire Fiber-Coat Deck Co. again for my next project and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you, David. A job well done. The deck looks awesome Work done: remove asphalt shingles, clean up and secure existing nails, lay down and screw in T&G plywood, install multi-layer deck coating (metal lathe, concrete overlay, fiberglass coating, fiberglass sheets, resin, texture, final deck coating/color)."

"Recently hired Specialty Design Coatings to repair the decorative overlay on my concrete deck around my pool. Kaveh responded rapidly upon me asking for a quote. Kaveh and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They finished the job in the time they estimated and at a very fair price. The repair work and re-coating which they did is excellent and above expectations. I would highly recommend Specialty Design Coatings (Kaveh is the owner)!!!!! I will be using Kaveh and team for my future needs of the services his company offers. THANKS Kaveh for a job well done. Randy"

"We'd like to add an extra star to the review! We needed a newly installed pergola painted with lights installed and we cannot say enough good things about Krystal and her crew, their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and attention to detail. The project was completed and accomplished as bid. The patio cleanup after the job was top notch..swept, leaf-blown, trash removed and not left for us to dispose of, paint drips removed, rug and furniture replaced. One thing that was so impressive was the painter who took a small artist brush and painted around the large bolts after the protective tape was removed, leaving no "rings" of wood showing!! Exceptional attention to detail! They were as "fussy about things" as we would have been!! We will most certainly be recommending them to anyone who mentions needs of home improvements."

"Sharon and Ed came out. They were very professional, measured and gave us options. Within a couple of days, we had a bid broken down by components. As we gathered other bids, no one was like OC Decks in professionalism. We were so glad that we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process. We never had to guess what was going to happen. The guys showed up early and worked all day. The only delay was for the timber tech due to back log at the port. They went over and beyond to make our deck spectacular. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a remodel. I can not thank them enough for making the process so smooth and for the gorgeous deck and railing we now have."

"Couldn't have gone better. I was under a time crunch because my tenant moved out and I didn't want to let the house sit a whole month without income. I urgently read AL reviews and called 5 companies.
Don, the owner I think, of Foothill came out himself at a time that worked for me. He immediately impressed me with his insight, friendliness and his suggestions of how to keep costs low while not skimping on quality. He worked with me on price and I gladly gave him the job. Couldn't be happier, I was on the road for work when the work got done and thankfully it went off without a hitch; no calls, no extra charges, no delays. The place was sparkling and beautiful for our new tenants upon move-in.
Foothill has a customer for life.

"Gary and his crew were there on time and worked to get this job done in one day, knowing how big of an inconvenience it is to have people and materials in your bedroom and living room.  The attention to detail (filling nail holes, caulking, etc.) was excellent.  They moved all furniture and put it back without issue.  Gary has followed up with us to do some minor touch-up work after carpet was installed, even though he's already been paid for the job. Will definitely use on any future interior paint job."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Palm Construction is more than decks. They built a beautiful Trex Deck. Then they replaced all the old flooring in the house with wood grain vinyl. Also a beautiful job. Very responsive to our concerns and questions."
