Exterior Painting and Staining Service
Excellent customer service and follow through. Crystal and Jake both managed the project beautifully. They painted the Exterior of both our homes and repaired some water damage in one of our bathrooms. We would absolutely use them again. My wife and I have overseen several remodels both in California and Oregon where we currently live and we must say that their communication, clear and informed estimates, quality of work and timeliness rank them as one of the best companies weâ ve ever worked with. We will definitely continue using them in the future.

Cabinets Refinish
I first want to say that I donâ t write reviews often, but I recently had my cabinets restored and I canâ t say enough about the quality and service I received from Beach Boyz Painting. Krystal was so attentive and answered all my questions. She helped me with aesthetics, and followed through on my every ask with such patience (also dealing my endless phone calls haha). My cabinets had been in really bad shape- dated and dingy and probably 25 years old. My kitchen always felt dark as a result. But now, itâ s clean, bright and airy, and everything I could have hoped for. Iâ m so thankful I found them and am always happy to support small, local business. My new house addition needed an interior paint job and my friend recommended Beach Boyz as he had a good experience with this company. Company's manager Krystal came out to present an estimate, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable with the whole project. When Jake and his crew came to do the painting job, they were very professional, did an amazing job on the interior, kept the place clean and were extremely accommodating. Another great part that was that their communication was on point and they resolved some concerns that we had about the organization of the project. Throughout the whole project, the professional and positive attitude, and the high quality of the service made everything go smoothly. We are definitely going to call them back for when we do our fencing and I would highly recommend Jake's Beach Boyz ;) Thank you, guys!!!

Excellent staff and coordination for the quality of work, schedule ,and meets cost estimates! Krystal and her team works well with the customer on selection of paints and finish levels and customization as needed to meet customer needs and expectations for the project. All work(paint prep, masking, paint, and clean-up) is done to high workmanship standards and on schedule!! They painted my 3 story house-all 3 levels(kitchen, dining room, family room, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, ent room) and 2 stair cases with no issues. They kept my newly installed wood flooring looking like new with no paint mark-off or spills! The accent walls turned out perfect to match the desired color offsets and tone needed No worries and let them do what they do best!

Our HOA hired Beach Boyz for replacing and painting all the second floor siding on a rather large project impacting six separate units. The estimate was done quickly, the pricing was fair, and Jake was available as needed to go over details until work began. The crews were very professional â hardworking, respectful, quiet, and clean. I believe all the owners and tenants involved were satisfied as well. The few questions we had were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. The billing was submitted per our contract terms, no surprises, and we closed out the project on time -- with no issues with our City inspections. We are planning on using Beach Boyz in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them for similar projects.

I had contacted Beach Boyz Painting based on a recommendation from my contractor who just installed new interior doors and casing. Krystal came out the following day as scheduled and had a quote on the doors, bathroom, hallway, and breakfast area. She emailed it to me later that evening! The next day they started! That was fast! We had the doors painted low luster black and everything else off-white. The doors proved to be a little more difficult than anticipated and it took a couple different materials to make them right, but they DID! Krystal assured me that the doors would be awesome in the end and they were! The owner, Jake, came out to make sure it was done right and also offered to paint another room for free for any inconvenience. Thank you, Beach Boyz, for a great job well done!!! I would highly recommend them for any home painting needs!!!

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
Very disappointed with Beach Boyz Painting. We hired them to paint the full interior of our home and it has been a nightmare. The first two painters were taken off the job and then the owners came in to finish. The job was never completed. The master bathroom is not painted, the guest bathroom was never finished, there is dripping paint on our brand new casings and they left paint on our windows, ceiling fan, refinished floors and our brand new vanity. I gave multiple opportunities to let them make this right and the owner does not care. I wish I would have hired a different company that was more expensive and could finish the job. These guys were paid in full and once they were paid, did not care about their work or about my house. 5 year warranty?? What is that?? They promise this and do not deliver.

"Maggie and Mark, we have tried our best as a reputable painting company to please you. We also did our best to fix the issues from previous painters. After completing the work that was listed on the original estimate, we proceeded to go above and beyond by completing extra work requested, free of charge. Mark and Jake did a job walk and final payment was approved. A week after the job was completed, approved, and paid for in full, our office administrator made a courtesy call for feedback. You then claimed the job was incomplete. The owner arrived to try and resolve the issue and discovered that you did not like the texture of the walls. When applying new paint this will show all inconsistencies. We did not bid this job to do retexturing. We also do not remove texture and paint from previous contractors. We also can not communicate and resolve issues in a very hostile environment. We understand that as a homeowner renovating can be a stressful process. This at times can feel like a whirlwind, especially when you have multiple contractors in your home at one time. We highly recommend not to do so in the future. This leads to damage done to a finished paint job."

We needed new paint, wood and stucco repair on the exterior of our house. Jake and Crystal explained what could be done and what the cost would be. Angel did the majority of the work and was very agreeable to work with. They cleaned up the area every evening when done. The communication with Jake, Crystal, Christine and Angel was great . They all were friendly and easy to work with. They used quality paint and guaranteed their work. House looks great and very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

We had two rooms walls and a ceiling in one as well as power washing and some exterior painting of small areas. They were very fair with pricing and great customer service / meeting / estimate from Jake. Painter Sammie was very nice and professional. As we were in Covid TIme they asked and wore masks at meetings, work and review. Very easy to work with. I did ask for some other work for drywall patching and painting where they were twice as high as others. If you just always get a couple bids and are comforatable with pricing I would reccomend Beach Boyz as they are professional and plesant to work with. Tony R.

The team was very responsive. In the middle of the job we had a family emergency and had to go out of town. They worked with us to complete the job and came when we called to do some touchup work They did a great job.

Ruined the front of our house. It will take thousands of dollars to repair. They were hired to white wash the front of our house and instead painted the whole thing white without checking for approval on a sample area as was discussed.

"This customer asked for a whitewash of the brick on the front of their house. I explained to them what a whitewash looks like. We went through pictures. They showed me a picture of a house that was whitewashed with brown brick. We explained to them that they have red brick and that it will not look the same. They still wanted to go ahead with the project. We applied whitewash to a small area of brick and they approved the area and gave us the go ahead. After completing the whitewash project, the customer now decides that it was to dark for them. In order to satisfy this customer, at our expense, we powerwashed, sanded, and lightened the white"

It was a pleasure to work with Beach Boyz Contracting on several projects over the past few years. These projects included painting inside and out, replacing some walls and ceiling caused by plumbing repairs and rain, and also replacing a back door that was leaking. They did a great job!
