I did not think that what I needed would be so difficult to do and especially for a company that claims to have deep expertise with decks. The main deck is in good condition. I just needed them to repair the stairs and its railing. It was obvious that they were going to be trouble when they installed the footing for the bottom of the stairs and it was plainly CROOKED compared to the deck! That is completely unacceptable. I tried to back out of working with them further, and have them refund me enough to hire someone competent, but they absolutely insisted on finishing the work. Frankly, I felt like I was being bullied into it. Apparently they have this philosophy of resending workmen until, eventually, they get it right. Would it not be smarter to just do it right the first time? Well, I could not afford to pay another company on top of the $10K I had paid them, and so, I went along with it. A total of four trips it has taken before we have finally gotten to a point where, while it is not pretty, they finally sent someone that could salvage the work to at least some degree. This company is terrible; stay away!

I was looking for a reliable contractor to re-roof my house. After I contacted 7-8 recommended roofing contractor, the best solution came from Palm Construction. Thea are also very reputable company so I decided to hire them. Reuwen and his team arrived on time, early in the morning and they worked hard every day from early morning till the dark. They finished in a timely manner and quality is excellent. And my new roof is perfect! Thanks guys!

There were some minor issues but Mile resolved everything easily and quickly. As I wrote, this company is highly recommended!

From 6 offers I received on my roof replacement it was very easy decision to go with Omri and Palm Construction. I already worked with roofing contractors and I can easily say that Palm Construction are the best of all of them. Omri from Palm Construction gave me estimate, it was very acceptable so I decided to hire them. Omri and his team arrived on scheduled date, work hard and finished project on time. This company consist of a group dishonest and aggressive of crooks that are intimidating women into sign a contract. Their prices are hugely marked up and their quality of work sub part.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home. Palm construction took on two renovations projects at my house. Other companies weren’t willing to entertain the simultaneous projects. They were even able to start ahead of schedule. My bathroom fixtures were moved around to function better, give me more space, and the space was fully renovated. I am in love with the tile work that they did. In my kitchen they were able to change the layout, to give me the open concept I wanted. I was able to switch from electric to a gas range and the cabinetry that was installed is beautiful/high quality. The entire process was virtually stress free with the communications and updates I was given. All the timelines were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend Palm construction for any home project.

Uses inferior materials. Over 1/2 wood has cracks. Very poor workmanship but it is solid and does not fall down. They had to add a cosmetic board around the outside to hide construction errors. Strange and uneven cuts and railing boards that are not screwed all the way flush, apparently they do not measure well. They stained the deck in the rain and had to redo it so the whole deck is tacky. They did not match the patterned slats on the railing which amazes me. They guy who stained only used a roller when because of the texture and location many places required a brush. If you use them inspect, inspect, inspect - every few hours. I would not use them again and I would not use this site either since I got them through this site.
