"For your own safety and peace of mind please do not use this company. Last night this owner called me OVER 100 TIMES at 10pm on a Saturday night. (Probably would have continued if my phone didn't go on DND) I wish I was exaggerating. This isn't even an isolated incident as he's repeatedly done this. I'm not sure who in their right mind would do this but it doesn't seem like he's all there. Instead of addressing me as an appropriate business would when dealing with an unsatisfied client, he's stalking and harassing me. Thank god I've since moved otherwise I'm sure he'd be showing up at my door next. He even called my boyfriend and yelled at him calling him a c***sucker, a mother***er, among other things. You do not want to be doing business with someone as unhinged as him. As for the reason for this harassment, I had an issue with them overcharging me by several hours over the quote, and they took so long that me and my female friend were forced to do the majority of the unloading because we were told they wouldn't be done until 11pm. She and I were running up and down the stairs with boxes and we completed it within an hour yet I was still charged for 4+ hours. Not to mention how long they took to actually load up the truck when the only things that were being moved were packed up boxes, a small dining table, a desk, a bookcase, and two dressers. It wasn't even a complete one bedroom and they took as long as it would for a 2 bedroom. I tried to negotiate a reasonable solution but instead of responding, he is maliciously calling over and over again in the middle of the night. **these are not repeated photos. This is legitimately how much he called me."

We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. "Genuinely one of the slimiest individuals I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was a referral from a family member of mine. The entire process was a headache. He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"
