WE MOVE U staff did a GREAT JOB helping us with our move from beginning to end! Jonathan Trenkle, in Sales was very thorough in discussing the various details of our move and how he would estimate the fee, he communicated clearly the details and his estimate was pretty close to the final fee, no unexpected additions. Jared, the Lead Mover was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly all the steps and details they would take to protect and move our items. He and co-workers Frankie and Febo were methodical, accurate and professional, friendly, and worked well together as a team. They even brought us a morning treat! I would use them again, and recommend them to others!

The movers were right on time (perfectly early!)! Once arrived they were attentive to my plan, really taking the time to review, and got right to work! Even if things came up they we proactive with a quick solution to keep the ball rolling! They were sure to handle things delicately when needed, with a positive friendly attitude! They really seemed to enjoy their work, that positive vibe and quick work really helped make, what is usually a stressful experience, enjoyable and easy! Had one of the best moving experiences, thanks to their outstanding service. We had reached out to them just a couple of days before we needed our law firm completely gutted and moved to a new building. There were so many unplanned issues that came up. From new building rules, service elevator technical difficulties, and pure exhaustion from such a difficult move. But these guys never stopped smiling. All of my coworkers and I kept saying over and over how we have never experienced such amazing customer service, especially with a moving company. Guys worked hard and were respectful. Showed up on time, delivered as promised. Was an accident where a monitor was broken and company replaced it quickly and without hassle. Overall good experience and would hire them again without hesitation.
