The movers did great and the customer service was excellent. Truck broke down mid move which is obviously not ideal but they problem solved and communicated well throughout - about as good as I could have hoped.

Jose and Red Rock Movers are the BEST! Considerate, careful, caring, timely, extremely competent. I have used several moving companies and have had terrible experiences, from my items in the truck being hijacked until I paid the movers more to items being broken. Every moving company could learn a lesson or two from Red Rock Movers!

I am very pleased with the work the movers did. It was a very difficult move for a built in desk. But, they did a great job and I would hire them back for my next move.

My experience left me feeling frustrated but I will just communicate the facts and leave out my opinions: I scheduled a couple weeks in advance for the movers to show up at 2pm. I ordered 2 movers for 2 hours for $175 (the rate posted on the website). Jose rescheduled for 3. At 12pm the day of the move, he says he couldn't come until 4. Then said he couldn't come until 5. Then he said he probably couldn't do the move at all because he was staying extra long on the previous job which was being held up because a truck was stuck on train tracks. I told him that it was really unprofessional and he was putting me an impossible situation. He said he'd arrive at 5. He showed up at 5 with 2 other movers and finished my move in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then he demanded I pay $350 because he brought an extra mover and a bigger truck (my goods filled up 1/5 of the truck). I told him that wasn't what I ordered and in terms of man hours that 2x2 is the same as 1.33*3 and I never needed a larger truck. Then he demanded that I pay $250 and said that the job would have taken longer with 2 people (I have done the move many times with same amount of stuff with 2 movers for 2 hours). I told him that 1) he was late 2) was attempting to charge me beyond what he previously stated. Then he told me to pay $215 because he added a $40 gas charge. I had had enough and paid him $215 and he left.

They were awesome!! I would definitely hire them again. They assisted me with a move from Kearns to South Jordan and they worked hard and had a good attitude while doing so.

Jose and his team were awesome! We were under a lot of stresses because we were trying to buy and sell ( close two transactions on the same day) however, things didn’t turn out the way we wanted. The funding and recording didn’t go until the next day. We had to call Jose to switch to the next day, even though he was all booked. He still managed to squeeze us in!!! Super hard working crew! We would hire them again for moving!

Red Rock Movers provided great service for a great price. They moved my larger furniture; couch, king bed, large tv stand, coffee tables, and a powered standing desk, along with a number of boxes in various sizes. There were stairs and tight spaces at starting site and destination site. Everything was moved efficiently and safely. They managed to get a couple larger pieces through spaces I was not sure could be done. I would definitely recommend Red Rock Movers.

Both Jose and his crews are awesome, very helping and friendly. Both Jose and his crews kept everything clean and nice without told. Jose did everything that he promised to do. The price is so reasonable than others. Thank you Jose and the crews.

From start to finish, these guys were professional and on time, (unheard of these days). They worked very hard through completion. I could not be more pleased. All the guys were friendly and the price was right! I would not hesitate to use them again!

They were on-time and worked very hard. This was a Sunday move which was no problem for them. Not only were they careful with all the furniture being moved but offered great suggestions on furniture placement in its new locations. They were friendly while being very hard workers. Awesome group will use again!

We had had a difficult experience with our moving truck breaking down on our move from Colorado to Utah. Penske was very accommodating and hired Red Rock Movers to meet us at our storage facility after our moving truck was towed there. Jose and his colleagues worked so so hard! They were very careful with all items they handled. I was so impressed with their speed, yet gentleness with our belongings. They went above and beyond in many areas where I had special instructions for an item or box. They packed our storage unit so efficiently - I am super impressed. They were very nice to me and worked for hours, all the while, mainting a very positive attitude. I will most definitely have RR movers move our items from our storage unit when we eventually find a home here in Utah. They were fantastic!!

It went really well. The movers arrived only a couple minutes late and they were very professional. They helped us finish packing all the random loose stuff and they took care while they were going around corners. I don't think they dinged the walls anywhere, in either our new place it our old place. My only complaint is that it was a little more expensive than we had originally been quoted, but it still wasn't too bad.

Movers - Miguel and Luis - showed up on time, were friendly, courteous and efficient. They were well-prepared with all materials necessary for a smooth move. The move was from Holladay to South Ogden and went very smoothly without problems. High recommended for future moves.
