We spoke on the phone for some time and he provided me with some options and a basic quote based on my estimated square footage. He was very knowledgable and geared me away from certain laminates which he noted would not stand up to the test of time. When we met at the condo, he showed up on time and was very professional throughout the process. I was provided with an assortment of samples but ultimately went with his suggestion for durability, color, and affordability. He called back a few days later to finalize the pricing, material, and a start date. On the day of the demolition, he and his workers arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They took the time to keep everything as clean as possible. Since it was laminate, installation went quickly once demolition was completed. The final product is wonderful. I wish I could post pictures. Aside from being a beautiful silvery light brown finish, it has worn well despite the abuse a living room takes.
