"Project was completed without problems until client had other work done on cork area flooring. Same finish used throughout house (entry,sitting room, living room, dining room without a problem.) I returned and solved what was causing the problem and client chose not to invest in resolving there problem. Please also note it was six to seven months after completion before there was a complaint. I responded in a timely manor and clearly showed what it would take to correct their error while dealing with the passing of my life partner. It's sad when others chose not to take responsibility for error they cause and expect others to work for free to resolve them. Referral have been the main component in a long lasting career which has completed work international in Five countries along with being the first to receive multi-design award from my peers. Grading sheet by clients overwhelmingly have enjoyed timely service and would reuse us again. Benjamin"
