"David and his assistant fixed 3 holes in a second story deck then applied a metal lath and troweled on a layer of deckcretethe first day. 2nd day applied a fiberglass mat and saturated with laminating resins. David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

"Sharon and Ed came out. They were very professional, measured and gave us options. Within a couple of days, we had a bid broken down by components. As we gathered other bids, no one was like OC Decks in professionalism. We were so glad that we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process. We never had to guess what was going to happen. The guys showed up early and worked all day. The only delay was for the timber tech due to back log at the port. "Foothill Painting was very professional in responding to our original inquiry, we arranged a visit to obtain an estimate, and Joe came out, as scheduled, to size up the job.  Joe was very helpful in answering our questions and providing his opinions/advice as appropriate.  We received a formal estimate shortly thereafter in the mail and via email.  We had Joe come out one more time to ask him a few more questions since, at that point, we had narrowed down the remaining bids and, based on the discussions with various painting contractors, had additional concerns to sort out. The end result of the meeting with Joe was awarding Foothill Painting the job.

We decided on the colors, with some help from Joe, and scheduled the job. The painters (two of them) arrived as scheduled and worked on the project for the next 3-4 days, prepping first, then priming, then painting.  The stucco on our home had never been painted and it is a very rough finish, so much effort was required to insure that all surfaces were fully painted.  Joe would come by every morning to insure that all necessary supplies were on hand, to provide any directions for the day, and to address any questions, concerns, issues that might come up. The painters would pick up after themselves at the end of every day.

The one area for improvement, from our experience, would be a little more attention to prep work, as it relates to holes and rough surfaces (needing filling and sanding before priming), particular on the wood surfaces.  Joe's help in getting the small issues that surfaced resolved in a timely manner was much appreciated. He was a good listener and did his best to make us happy!

The staff in the office was professional, friendly and efficient throughout our entire experience with Foothill Painting. This was true from our original call, through scheduling visits, providing estimates, sending out invoices, and ending the process with a Thank You card for our business.  Well done!!

"my driveway was so dirty and had plenty of oil stains that were removed. as for my deck i had a lot of dirt build up and my deck looks new now!!"

"We had In-Line do the following projects for us:

1. 1.Pour concrete on the left side of the house where there was previously just dirt and gravel

2. Break up concrete on the other side of the house, as well as breaking up concrete in front of the house to fix an old drainage problem from the previous owners. This resulted in a nice, seamless concrete layout from the front to the side of the house.
3. Build a short planter wall in the yard to help correct some weird gradient issues
4. Fix a cinderblock wall on the right side of the house that was poorly doen by the previous owners, basically rendering access to that side of the house useless?even though there was an existing gate there.
5. Fix a short wall between our neighbors house that became dislodged
6. Place ledgestone on the front of the house, as well as on top of a short cinderblock wall (the face of it). On that short wall, he also installed matching wall caps
Overall, the project went very well. There were a couple hiccups but that?s to be expected, as no remodeling/construction job ever goes exactly to plan. We enjoy working with Steve and his crew because they are professional, always on time, and leave the job site clean every day.
