"Jose was amazing from start to finish. He responded to my request right away and came out the same day for a free consultation. I honestly couldn’t believe the job was completed the very next morning before noon. He was punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest contractor who gets the job done quickly and the right way, Jose is your dream contractor. I highly recommend him!"

"We recently had KN Remodeling (Nathan) install a new alumawood patio cover in our backyard. We had an excellent experience with Nathan; he made sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and it was clear that he actually cares very much about  what we want, which is rare these days. I would recommend KN Remodeling to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking, and caring contractor."

"The work is progressing. They beat my contractor estimates. They are extremely professional, and understanding of our needs. They show up every day and work at least 10-hours Monday thru Sunday. They are on track to meet our project deadline so we can soon move in. What is most outstanding about this company is their communication. I am all about communication. I receive updates and questions or concern text messages nearly every three hours, which I love. Great communication avoids mistakes. This company is all about terrific communication, thanx God. ~Sebastian"

"We called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys."

"Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks."

"I'm very happy with the services offered by Platinum Home Builders. From booking an appointment until renovation work was completed, we were provided with relevant information. "Universal Home Design Inc. is fabulous! I'm a single senior woman and I'd never had remodeling work done before. I was vey frightened of being taken advantage of by a contractor. The contractor Ouriel listened to every word I said. He guided me to get the exact results I wanted in remodeling my bathroom. He is extremely professional and informative. He estimated the job to take 3 - 4 weeks, he was right on. Everyone on the working crew spoke English, and were reliable, efficient, courteous and trustworthy. I could leave them alone in my home and feel completely at ease. Everyday before they left, they would sweep the floor and clean up their tools. Ouriel's patience and talent made this remodel go extremely smoothly. I'm completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them. If you don't want stress or if you have a fear of price hiking in the middle of your job, make your life easier and use Universal Home Design Inc."
