He was very responsive to my ideas and even was able to make some last minute changes to the set up I asked for. When the cement truck came, his team worked fast and clean, and our vision became a reality. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
