The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. "Nothing but good stuff from this company. Adrian (owners' son) is very knowledgeable and professional. I got quotes from two other plumbers for my kitchen drainage pipe massive leak. They both wanted to open-up the floor, and one of them wanted to also break-open the walkway, due to the extremely narrow crawl space. Adrian was the only one of the three that actually took a look under the house and determined that his men could dig under the footing to get to the problem. They arrived at the time scheduled, and left 2 hours later when the job done. And when I say done, I mean the area completely cleaned-up including picking-up the old pipes. They also had to cut into the stucco to get to the vent pipe. It looks like a surgeon did it. The stucco repairman is going to have an easy repair as a result.
