"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"This was my 3rd plumber for the same request. I had 2 TOTO toilets to install in slab floor. The 1st plumber came and couldn't install because his drill bit broke(?) but he complained about toilet throughout. He changed shut off bulb and hose and charged me $145, but couldn't install. 2nd plumber came but didn't even want to touch the toilet because they aren't familiar with TOTO toilet. Finally, called Mclay, knowing they can do the job but afraid the cost, but it was just reasonable charge, same with other company would charge!! Chad came and he installed 1st toilet about half the time 1st plumber was struggling trying to install but failed. The 1st plumber actually drilled in wrong place. He checked if there's any leaks, double, triple times to make sure. Added extra washers no extra charge, Chad just made sure its properly working. Very efficient and excellent!! He was very polite and pleasant. He gave me discount also. I just regret wasting time and money on some plumber who says they do but can't. And very happy that Chad came to rescue, done job so quick and efficiently. I know for now on who to call in need of plumbing problem. If anyone need plumber, Mclay will help you."

"Nothing but good stuff from this company. Adrian (owners' son) is very knowledgeable and professional. I got quotes from two other plumbers for my kitchen drainage pipe massive leak. They both wanted to open-up the floor, and one of them wanted to also break-open the walkway, due to the extremely narrow crawl space. Adrian was the only one of the three that actually took a look under the house and determined that his men could dig under the footing to get to the problem. They arrived at the time scheduled, and left 2 hours later when the job done. And when I say done, I mean the area completely cleaned-up including picking-up the old pipes. They also had to cut into the stucco to get to the vent pipe. It looks like a surgeon did it. The stucco repairman is going to have an easy repair as a result. Trust me, if you're tired of dealing with plumbers that don't care about doing a good job, you have to hire Adrian at AD3 Plumbing for any plumbing issue you have. Adolfo Perez"
