"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

Looked like the water connection was never there when they got done with it, and the connection box/drain hose looked great as well. Definitely recommend!"

"Nothing but good stuff from this company. Adrian (owners' son) is very knowledgeable and professional. I got quotes from two other plumbers for my kitchen drainage pipe massive leak. They both wanted to open-up the floor, and one of them wanted to also break-open the walkway, due to the extremely narrow crawl space. Adrian was the only one of the three that actually took a look under the house and determined that his men could dig under the footing to get to the problem. They arrived at the time scheduled, and left 2 hours later when the job done. And when I say done, I mean the area completely cleaned-up including picking-up the old pipes. They also had to cut into the stucco to get to the vent pipe. It looks like a surgeon did it. The stucco repairman is going to have an easy repair as a result.
