They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. He also did a quick assessment of other areas where we might be losing energy efficiency and offered multiple solutions (some of which he suggested I could even do myself). "They scheduled the visit to assess the work in a prompt way, the worker was professional and helpful in talking through potential larger projects we may want to do later...they asked me...I didn't ask for that. However, when it came down to the small project we wanted he claimed it would take more than 4 hours. I knew our work might exceed the $99, but I expected a $200-$250 estimate..not $500 to replace a 18"x65" piece of drywall and patch a 5" ceiling hole. The other factor was a focus on the "man" of the house. The woman who scheduled the call insisted on having my husband's name which came across as sexist given it was my call to use or not use their service."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
