My HOA made this a difficult project - the team at Attic has been great to work with throughout.

Very poor job, and later discovered they did not do an area at the back corner.

Tyler asked questions and listened to our answers to help us choose the insulation options that made sense for our home. The 3 workers prepared the area to protect our floors and doorways from any damage before they started work. Everyone was professional. Even though they put in a long day everything was cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

I had contacted the company regarding removal of old insulation and replace with new but on further inspection it was discover that my conducts were not all replaced when I had my new heating system put in a few years ago so they also replaced old conducts and did a great job... I crew were great very respectful of me and my home... the one young man named Chico kept me informed with the process every step of the way including showing me pictures before and after.. GREAT JOB

Excellent to do business with. Answer the phone immediately. Make appointments, which are kept on time. Victor and Tiger (and their crew) were great workers. They cleaned out our attic completely. There were a lot of huge bags full of debris. They had taken pictures of the attic before, and then more pictures after. They cleaned up everything before they left. Victor put a few traps in the attic, and will check on them the day before the new insulation is put in. I highly recommend this company. From the person who answers the phone, to the technician who comes to the house, to the workers. Many thanks to Jake, the technician, who explained everything to us, went up in the attic, and took pictures. Gave us the exact cost for the job.

Quick service - they were out within a few days to finish phase 2 of insulation. Billy and Wesley were quick and efficient and cleaned up our attic and surrounding area real well!

The guys came on an extremely hot day. Worked like crazy, working in shifts. They all were very professional, polite and respectful, Showed me photos of their work in the attic, both before removing the old insulation, after they removed it and had sanitized the area in prep for the blow in; then photos of the completed job. I was very impressed by their work ethic, We noticed a difference in the temperature and noise almost immediately!!!

Did what they said they would fo

The finished product was just what was called for in the contract. The installation crew was professional and thorough. But their project management (head office) was unsatisfactory. The first workers (only two of them) showed up on time, but their instructions were to just blow in new insulation, not to remove the existing, and not to decontaminate or ratproof the structure. They had no vacuum equipment with them. And they could not reach an office supervisor to clarify the situation. Hours later, vacuum equipment, an additional three workers and supplies arrived. The job which was expected to be completed by 6:00 pm was not finished until midnight. No explanation or apology from management was ever received. All of the on-site workers were courteous, pleasant and did a good job once they had the equipment that they needed.

Professional, great communication

They started the job as scheduled on a Monday and then told us they would not return till Thursday due to Yom Kippur. That was fine except their scheduling manager called early Wednesday morning left a mess. To call him back. I did and was told they had a crew that could have come out that morning to work(it was Yum Kippur). I told them we made other plans when they first postponed us. Then they work till 7:30 p.m. not finishing as planned as only 1 person showed for that day telling me they fired 2 guys for being late again. Then we are told they will not be back till Monday as they were booked elsewhere for Friday. I had them get the supervisor on the phone and told him that was not acceptable until he relented to contact his boss. The 2 man team returned Friday and completed the duct work and blown in insulation by 7:00p.m. They do have a very nice painter that comes out to do all the repairs to the walls the following week. Since then, I have found 2 vents that are not rodent sealed as promised, and the attic landing areas with batting was just blown in. The company makes promises and you have to be watchful of the work to be sure you get what was contracted.

Humberto Gil was wonderful and very thorough! I would definitely recommend!
