The technician, Alex, responded to our phone call and request for a free estimate within 24 hours. He was highly professional, very hard-working, diligent and courteous. Although he arrived later than we discussed to assess our problematic dryer vent system, we were very appreciative that he showed up (after a clearly long day for himself with no guarantee that we were going to hire him for the job) and was able to solve our problem beyond our expectations. Alex was thorough in assessing, explaining and showing us the problem with our dryer vent air duct system. He was patient with us as we asked him about our options to provide a more permanent and lasting solution. While we would have chosen the more expensive but effective solution of constructing a new air duct system to bypass the old one, he was able to thoroughly and effectively clean our current system to get out dryer working like new. It was a relief to have a full load of laundry dry in just one instead of three cycles. I would definitely hire Alex again, would highly recommend him to anyone with a similar problem and will certainly call him in the future to help us with these issues.

I like them a lot. I like the manner, attentiveness, personality of the guy that came here. I like the way that he would listen and hear what I thought was what they needed. The thing that I was most concerned about is where the clothes dryer exhaust into the wall, I've always got a concern about a build up in there of lint and then a fire starting because that clothes dryer is hot. He found a huge amount of stuff walking that vent and since then my dryer works a lot better because it's not pushing against that plug. I was really happy. They were a little pricey but worth it. He was here quite a bit. I liked the way he handled our washer and dryer and moved them around. He put booties in his shoes, was careful and did cleanup. I was very pleased.
