"I wanted the tile laid a certain way, they wouldn't do it- claiming it would void the warranty (?). I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

"Fantastic ! James & Anastasia went beyond expectations! This was not just a simple small size tile the tile was 3ft x3ft through out the house! As a retired builder for more than 55 yr I understand how hard tile this size is to make perfect and that was and with less than1/8th grout line but happy to report almost to perfection. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
