Diablo Valley I canâ t say enough how much I truly appreciate there service In all aspects cleaning , maintenance, repairs Me and my husband hired them three years ago when we bought the house in Brentwood weâ ve never been pool owners so it was so very comforting to have hired them In more ways than one Rob, Sherri ,Maddie Are so very personable like family they really do care about each individual pool and clients my husband sadly passed away I was so very overwhelmed by everything but they were right there to make me feel confident of taking care of the pool by myself In between service If I called with concerns or Questions I mean even the simplest things I did not know how to do they would come out to assist me and teach me how to be a rookie pool owner even when I had a little difficulty getting everything organized after my husbandâ s passing they totally understood When I called they would walk me through the procedures of what I needed to do and they didnâ t have to do that but they did they are I am so very blessed to have them as my pool service company Thank you so very very much Rob ,Sherri ,Maddie For always being there for me and going above and beyond To assist me

Recently became customers of diablo valley pool service! Rob came out same day to look at our pool in person and even started maintance. What a nice and down to earth guy. We simply don t have time to maintain our pool properly so we are so happy to have found a great company that can.

Rob and team are excellent to work with. 1 of 3 pool companies I called for estimates and his assessment was most detailed with price breakouts. Kept appointments and time commitments; even texted me to let me know he was running 10 min late. You won t be disappointed with his services and prices.

Rob and his team, have been cleaning and maintaining my pool for a few years. I found Rob, when I was having difficulty trying to figure out the pool timer and needed an understanding of our new pool maintenance. Rob is a lifesaver! He did an amazing job in the time he said he would for an incredibly fair price! He even rigged a solution for my pump, which was missing a piece, to operate correctly. I could not be happier. Don t waste your time or money with other pool maintenance/repair companies. I spent a YEAR looking for someone to help me out and everyone quoted me crazy-high prices, which I would have paid out of desperation, but then those same contractors flaked at the last minute! I m glad they did, because Rob s service is what my pool needed.

We called Diablo Pool because we were having problems with our pump. After contacting another pool service, we were worried that we would have to really have pay big big bucks. We explained we only wanted to fix what was broken not the entire pump filter. Rob fixed it and saved us so much money without making us go bankrupt. He did an excellent job! And he and his son provided the best customer service! Thank you Diablo Pool Service!

Owner came and fixed the pool and replaced the filter. Thank you for cleaning up our pool after Clear Waters pool service stopped coming after April 9th.
