"I wanted the tile laid a certain way, they wouldn't do it- claiming it would void the warranty (?). I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

As a retired builder for more than 55 yr I understand how hard tile this size is to make perfect and that was and with less than1/8th grout line but happy to report almost to perfection.
