I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

"Kerry arrived on time. I described what I wanted to do which was help in the remodel of a fixer upper. I asked Kerry to show me how to do numerous remodel activities such as demo rooms, fix plumbing, install new electrical devices, repair drywall and I also wanted to pick his brain on the complete bathroom remodel. Kerry was eager to teach and extremely patient. Kerry worked his a** off for the "deal."
