"The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
