"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Scott , the sales person with McCowin was excellent and provided us the best and awesome service and advise. You're in good hands with these guys. The installer guy (Rudy) was also an excellent plumber. You can't go wrong with any of these folks. I highly recommend these folks to anyone who is in the market for a new water softener system."

"I turned to Angi's List for a 2nd quote on my water heater replacement after reading the reviews on the company my home warranty sent out. Carter came on time, explained the estimate to me for a Bradford-White double insulated 40 gal water heater and installed the same day. The estimate was slightly under the other company and I was able to get a $650 buy-out from my home warranty to put towards it. This was 3 months ago and I'm just getting around to the review. These guys know what they're doing and are very professional. Highly recommend!"

"I have a tankless water heater that was giving an error code and i had no hot water! The tech that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Im glad to report i now have hot water again. As a side note I talked with the tech about water treatment options and a RO system and as long as my husband agrees I will be having them install both items!!"

"Repaired my leaking filtration system, gave it a tune-up, corrected the back-flush setting which was wasting water/money, and said I'd get another 7 years out of it. Very happy I didn't have to replace it."
