"Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.

"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. Highly recommend! They also installed flat LED ceiling lighting & a in both the bedroom and living room and a fandilier, which turned out great. The owner personally made sure to contact me when his crew was on their way, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again and have already reached out for another home project!"
