Brian McGough is the owner and did the work. I had one of my air conditioners replaced (including the coil in the furnace). He communicated very clearly what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I received three bids and Brians was very fair for the scope of work. He communicated with me through every phase of the project. He earned my business going forward.

He gave honest appraisals that were not always in his benefit. He is a great guy and we'll keep using him for other projects.

Brian called immediately after getting the service request. I told him my heater was making a terrible noise. Even though his schedule was pretty full that day, he said he would do his best to get to my address by the end of the day. He did exactly that. He showed up when he said he would, made the repair & left with a smile on his face. I highly recommend this contractor!

Brian was on time. He did a thorough inspection of the unit diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution. The issue was resolved the first time. Brian is one of the cleanest, courteous and professional technicians I have encountered. Pricing was very reasonable! I would recommend to family and friends.

Brian McGough of Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating was on the phone & e-mail to me right away to repair my A/C on a Saturday for NO extra weekend charge. He then recommended to have the A/C unit on a separate breaker, so it doesn't stop working again. Brian was there at 5:30 a.m. to put in a new breaker. He was on time, clean, friendly, and did the work perfectly. His rates were VERY reasonable. He is now our A/C & Heating repair company from now on.

He arrived promptly and in a very professional manned checked the problem, verified its existence and gave me a "maximum" price for the job, which was almost exactly as I expected. I agreed to his price and he obtained the parts within an hour and completed the repairs in short order. He left my home as clean as he found it and was respectful of our time and needs.
