Our AC went out on Sunday, and we didn't know who to call that could come out right away. Monday morning, my husband called Hermetic Heating & Air Conditioning, and we were able to get someone out that morning. They gave us a window of 9-10am. They gave us a heads up when the technician was on his way, and he arrived at exactly 9am. Roy was very friendly and personable, explaining what the issue was and going over the estimate cost. I also had lots of questions about the AC settings etc., which he took the time to answer. Roy was absolutely fantastic and very informative. It was our first time using the company and I am glad we did; the plus is that they are located in the area.
