"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

Communication was very clear and he knew exactly what to do for all 3 of my jobs 1st he patched the holes in my drywall and textured it came out perfect. 2nd he installed a new ceiling fan now issues what so ever. The he was able to install the new front screen door that was supposed to fit but he made it work and he even had to manufacture a piece of wood to close a small fan…(it came out soooo good!) "Quick, economical, and professional electrical work. I needed to have a 240V line run for a new electric cooktop I was installing in my kitchen.
