We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Other than the credit card issue, we were very pleased with their work."

He arrived on-time for the bid, and when we accepted it, he and his hard-working crew were there the very next morning (a Sunday!). The team was great - polite and professional - and with their heavy equipment, they did the job in one day. They left the job site in great condition.
