"I recently brought in Golden Oaks Tree Care to remove a 25-foot Canary Island Pine, grind out the stump, and trim a nearby palm tree, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Reynaldo, Bernardo, and their team handled the project with impressive skill and professionalism from start to finish. What really stood out was their attention to detail and safety. The stump was ground down a full 8 to 10 inches, and they took careful precautions to avoid any contact with my irrigation lines or underground utilities. Their precision with the grinder made the whole process much cleaner and safer than traditional excavation methods. The palm trimming was just as neatly executed. Beyond the technical work, this crew knows how to put homeowners at ease. I’ll admit I was initially nervous about the project, but their calm, organized approach instantly helped me relax. We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Abel is very friendly and knowledgeable; he spent a lot of time with us giving advice for what trees and shrubs would be good for the backyard. He arrived on-time for the bid, and when we accepted it, he and his hard-working crew were there the very next morning (a Sunday!).
