"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. The yard is sloped I really did not want a step-down type fence. Casa Contracting was able to grade the yard incredibly well so I was able to get the fence line I wanted. This was challenging due to the existing landscape and obstacles. I couldnâ t believe how awesome this turned out. I almost cried when I saw how this turned out. Casa Contracting went above and beyond to ensure the results of my project were superior. Even traveling out of the area to get higher quality fencing materials. They could have just gone to the local home improvement store or lumber yard and I wouldnâ t have been the wiser and my fence would look like everyone elseâ s. My new fence is definitely a one of kind and the most beautiful in town! My new composite deck and iron railing is beautiful and very well built. I feel I was very well taken care of and have absolutely nothing negative to say about Casa Contracting. The quality of the workmanship and their customer service is top notch. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be using the again for future projects."

"Martin and his team had split my upstairs loft (too much space we weren't using) and placed walls, a door, moved my current ceiling fan, installed a new ceiling fan, trim and paint and everything was absolutely amazing. We did speak with another potential contractor but we were won over by Martin's professionalism. Martin had excellent communication that my husband and I both appreciated. Any time he needed to stop by or wanted to do a quick touch up he also let us know ahead of time. He consulted us with any minor change or adjustment and OH MY LORD the paint matching!!!! I was a little nervous that the color match for the outer wall wouldn't match the rest of the house but you literally cant event tell that the wall was built separately. last, they were all very courteous of our space, laying down plastic and replacing it if torn to make sure our hardwoods and carpet were protected. We definitely plan to keep his contact for any other renovations we have :)"
