"The presentation of the window was impressive. The (3) windows are double paned with argon gas applied at the factory, rather than be inserted.. The seal has four barriers to keep moiture out. During the presentation, the salesman shined a heat lamp thjrough a normal window, then other double paned windows and finallly through the Anlin pane. S meter on the opposite side of the window measured the haet (or cold) passing through the window. I don't recall the exact figure, but the amount of energy passing through the Anlin window was significantly lower than the others. Keeping hot and cold outside air out. Significant energy savings. I was not excited to hear a sales speal. But I was a convert at the end. I am excited to have our Anlin windows installed by Selig Construction."

"Ken Files was a miracle worker for me. He installed a dishwasher & trash compactor. Ken also cleaned out my rain gutters and fixed a fence & a gate. I tried to clean the gas fireplace window, but couldn’t get inside. Ken was able to release the brackets, so I could thoroughly clean inside & out and managed to unclog a drain in the last 5 minutes he was there. "Martin and his team had split my upstairs loft (too much space we weren't using) and placed walls, a door, moved my current ceiling fan, installed a new ceiling fan, trim and paint and everything was absolutely amazing. We did speak with another potential contractor but we were won over by Martin's professionalism. Martin had excellent communication that my husband and I both appreciated. Any time he needed to stop by or wanted to do a quick touch up he also let us know ahead of time. He consulted us with any minor change or adjustment and OH MY LORD the paint matching!!!! I was a little nervous that the color match for the outer wall wouldn't match the rest of the house but you literally cant event tell that the wall was built separately. last, they were all very courteous of our space, laying down plastic and replacing it if torn to make sure our hardwoods and carpet were protected. We definitely plan to keep his contact for any other renovations we have :)"
