17 Company has horrible communication. I called in a roof leak, was told that Reggie would call me to do the repairs. Two days went by with rain in forecast and never received a call. Finally called back to company and got Reggie's number. He tells me that he cannot come for a week and repairs...
The company was out within hours of the leak and evaluated the situation and found there was not a need to dry the area -- which saved me money.
The workman was efficient and did an excellent job. No leaks so far! The price was $350, their base price. It was a great value.
Aquatech Rain Gutters/ Soltech Patio Covers4 years after furnace installed, there was a gas leak in the basement. The Gas Co. made an emergency call and discovered California Heating and Air had used a glob of sealant for the gas coupling, instead of hardware. So, yeah, they almost got my house blown off it's foundation. Stay away.
It went great. I could never ask for a better response. I called Craig's Plumbing, and within 60 minutes he was onsite resolving the leak, called with an update, and was all wrapped up.

We do Room Additions, Casitas, Rooms not connected to home, remodel house and OFFICES, remodel bathrooms and kitchens, install block walls and do cement work since 1989. We do are version of Love IT or List IT remodel house and find you a new home so you have a choice when we are done. Stay in Remodel house or purchase the house we found for you and will sell your old home.
"I have hired to do the work, but they sub contract it to Carrera Elite Constructions Inc. The subcontractor didn't show up and the work was terrible. They did not show up on time, they are times that they working 2 or 3 days in week. The communication the RCLL and Carerra was terrible, I will pay RCLL but Carrera demanding more money for the project. They did not use the material that they said they will use. And they are some electrical outlets that they toke out but they didn't reinstall and they have to come back several time to get it right for different outlets. They come in and after couple hours of work they will leave without finishing the task."
