He proposed a fair quote, with the understanding that there would likely be dome add-on costs depending upon what was uncovered during prep work. He was very good at keeping me appraised of the situation while offering amenable solutions. There were some weather delays, but nothing substantial. The quality of his work and integrity were outstanding. I would certainly use his services again and highly recommend to others."
