    My Pavers had shifted with all the water issues we have been having here in Dallas. Luis had his crew come out and besides having them do the work and make it like new again, he walked around and spent time trying to diagnose all the issues with water we were having.     The patio looks great and the crew was good, but there are some imperfections...when they finished the installation of the patio they did not place the roof tiles back correctly, there are gaps which can lead to water damage. Also the metal water slide that directs water flow in the roof is banged up and sloppy and so is the silicone/spackel that adheres the water slide to the fascia. When I called Jay was gruff with me, when my husband called he was good, and when my son called he was defensive and didn't want to fix the problem because "it hadn't rained and there was no damage". Yes, we've had to call several times. Emails and texts weren't answered. The last thing we were told is that it would get fixed when they had another job in our area, we are in Visalia

    Dave, and his son-in-law, Isaac are a pleasure to work with. I would have them build another home for me in a heartbeat. The property location is in a floodplain and they knew what to do. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. This was my first new home build and they were so focused on what I wanted and needed. They were great about offering suggestions for things I had not even thought of. They came in on budget and on time. You could not ask for a better crew. You’ll be missing out if you don’t hire them

    I was happy with my experience with this firm. In early December, Juan with Sustainable Living Builders responded to an Angie's List request I had made late on a Friday night for emergency roof repair for a leak at my chimney. He contacted me the next morning and the leak was repaired later that day. The repair, which had been unsuccessfully attempted by another roofer earlier in the week, has been through several significant rainstorms and hasn't leaked since. The members of the crew who fixed the leak were courteous and confident. Although the pricing wasn't clear to me ahead of time (and I didn't know until I was billed several weeks later), the final cost was within the ballpark Juan and I had initially discussed on the phone, which I considered to be reasonable. (I would have preferred having a breakdown of the costs in the bill, but that's obviously less important than the success of the repair.) Lastly, they offer a 5 year warranty, which I fortunately haven't had to use but nonetheless consider important. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this firm

    Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).
