Right when told Mike over the phone of what was going on, he immediately knew the solution, thoroughly and efficiently explained the cause, explained to me the solution and just overall communicated so clearly with me and helped me understand without getting frustrated. His team members did an awesome job and my glass sliding door has never been able to move the way it does now. I tell you it’s running smoother then ever and mind you this is a very heavy and old sliding door but you would’ve never known with the way Mike and his team fixed it. I wish we would’ve found him sooner and I am so grateful to have had him and his team help me with this problem."
