MGM'S Cabinet Installation Service

We had Mike install 2 closet doors. He showed up with a big dog that he allowed into my home after we just redid our floors. When my Wife showed up to the house she had to ask to come in because of the big intimidating dog. He was condescending and continuously mansplained things to her. Lastly, he scratched our new floors then tried to deny it. We withheld his final payment for a few days until the scratch was fixed (by him). If thats not enough, he attempted to get a lien put on our home that we are trying to sell, saying we didn?t pay him. (We did and had the receipt to prove it) With all the other choices out there, I?d skip this guy.

My experience with Mr. Mike was exceptional. He worked with my budget and repaired my door to a better condition than it was before it was messed up. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the repair work to our Lazy Susan cabinet door. MGM exceeded our expectations!

Mike ripped me off. He showed up on time told me how easy it will be to fix my door and after just 30 minutes of attempts at fixes he said he?d come back after ?watching a tutorial.? He said he ?warranted his work? but asked for $390! I said you?re kidding! He said ok $290. By this point I wanted him out of my house but I basically gave him $290 for 30 minutes of BS. I have a real door professional coming back and their charge is $175 regardless of how long it takes them. I?m surprised he?s on Angi.

A person named John Bowman has represented himself as an employee in good standing with MGM and he is not. Do not do business with him. He will take your money and not complete the work. Myself and one other person I have heard of has been taken. It is not known how he is intersecting the emails asking for quotes.but he does. Mike, the actual owner of this business will quote you himself after an in person visit with you. He does not do estimates via email without that visit so if â John â is emailing you he is not working with MGM. Mike was able to repair all the damage John did and fix the installations as well as installed a new patio slider. He visited the job site to make sure the installation was going well and I was satisfied. He returned after the job was completed to check it and confirm I was satisfied which I was. That is when I paid him. I would use MGM again and do recommend him .

John is a very nice guy! He’s professional and was able to diagnose by door problem and solution within minutes. I highly recommend him!

I was amazed by Michael Moxleyâ s sense of responsibility toward finished project.

Mike Moxley showed up on a Saturday as scheduled to evaluate the project. He set a date, got a deposit and said who would be doing the work. The fabulous Joey arrived as scheduled, did a fabulous job and filled our home with his fabulous energy. Could not be more pleased.

Very knowledgeable company. They completely the work fast and everything was done very well.

Dispatched a carpenter within an hour. He was able to complete the task in less time than estimated, even though he had to make a run to the hardware store for an item that he did not have. Bill was adjusted down from original quote due to quick repair.

Fast friendly service from MGM. We have a tricky alignment issue with our front doors due to some settling of our house. Paul and Art responded the same day to get the door working again and most importantly without having to alter our expensive doors. Considering the amount time required to get it right MGMâ s bid was more than fair. We are already considering other projects with MGM Cabinets.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I had them install a new front entrance door approximately three years ago and it has not worked properly in three years. I cannot close my door I cannot lock my door I cannot go in and out my front door I have to use my garage to get in and out of my house. I have been in correspondence with this contractor for three years and the door is still not fixed. The door actually blows open on its own and is impossible to close. This represents a serious safety issue for my family and my pets. Installation of the door was incredibly poor and unprofessional and the follow up is none existent. I would highly recommend that you do trust this company with any project.

I had a difficult slider door adjustment, and he stayed and tried every angle until the door worked to my satisfaction. Very capable and thorough!

They came out and gave a quote. Once I scheduled they showed up on time and did great work.

I can’t say enough about the incredible, outstanding, excellent job that Sam and Ricardo did on moving our Murphy bed to a new location at the other end of our house. It was a chore that I would have given up on but they did it without a scratch to the unit, our walls or paint! As one section had been glued together and was too tall to get through the doorway they ended up taking it outside and bringing it in through the window. I was amazed! They were so professional and easy to work with! I couldn’t be happier with the professional job they did and the Murphy bed looks great and works perfectly in the new location. I highly recommend MGM and will use them for any cabinet work I need done in the future!

Michael, Owner of MGM was very responsive and helpful. Samuel, the guy he sent to do the work, was very nice and knowledgeable. I hired them to fix a leaking French door. The first fix didnâ t work, but they promptly came back and made it right. I recommend them.
