"Sterling came out and installed a new RayPak Pool Heater for us earlier this month. We found them here on Angie's List and the reviews were positive so we went with them. Not disappointed. We have had a lot of work done in the last year and it's very rare to have the Job done right the first time without hassles.  They take pride in their work and the work they did was far superior to the folks that had originally installed our Polaris Pump. In fact, when I pointed out to them how badly the pump had been installed they took it upon themselves to re-install the old pump to the proper location and even re-pipe it correctly! Now that's good service! 
As for the installation that they did? Pretty much perfect. It's a great heater too. Very quiet and very powerful. If I want to pick nits, there were some surface scratches on the metal cabinet, but I was able to get them mostly off with Goo Gone. Otherwise, it was installed perfectly straight on a pedestal that they provided and it looks very professional. I would definitely use them again for anything Pool equipment related. They did my Sister's Pool Heater too, and she was very happy with them as well. 
Overall, I'd give them a 5 star rating. They carry top brand equipment at a fair price and the quality of work is well above par. If you are looking for someone who is responsible, and cares about the quality of their work and their reputation you have found them. I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Pool.

"The panel replacement went reasonably well, however the installers either misplaced or dislodged a part which became stuck farther down the pipes, blocking the plumbing. I decided to cut open the PVC pipes, remove the blockage and re-assemble the lines myself, instead of having them come out and pay their hourly rate. I was also a bit surprised by the cost of the repair."

"Miguel and his team did an amazing job on our pool! We couldn't be happier! He was very accommodating to everything we wanted for our pool remodel and it came out absolutely beautiful. They also got this done incredibly fast. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience! This is definitely the company you want to hire to have refinish or remodel your pool!"

"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"It was a very big job and they were able to do it in 3 days! Vince came to give us an estimate and started that day. They worked 8 hr+ days and hey worked very hard! Vince was on the property every day. They also trimmed some huge branches handing over our yard. We decided to leave the plum tree stump and Vince carved out the middle so that I can use it as a planter! Also pruned a crazy bay tree that was out of hand! They cleaned up after very well. Vince is a really nice guy with a lot of knowledge. I learned a great deal from him. Definitely will hire again! He will work with you with the price also."

"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

"After interviewing and getting bids from a few different solar companies, we chose Horizon Energy, and we are so glad we did.  They are simply amazing!  We were more than pleased - we were thrilled with every aspect of the process.  The sales guy was dedicated and passionate about his work - he even designed a solar system that enabled us to put the panels on the back, north-facing side of our house!  All the other solar guys told us the panels would have to go on the front of our house...something we didn't really want to do.  Well, Horizon came through!  And because we put them on the back of the house, we didn't have to go with the expensive, aesthetically-pleasing panels, saving us some money. 

The installers were extremely professional and courteous, even going so far as to buy paint to match the exterior of our home to mask the wires they had to install.  They asked me several times to confirm the location of the extra equipment, and made sure they respected my kids' naptimes!  Have you ever heard of contractors caring about sleeping kids? 

Overall, I can't say enough great things about this company - we are so glad we went with Horizon ang HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a solar company. "

"I got a quick response and Armando sent his people to check the site first. He gave me two options and once I decided his people came the site removed the old one. The next day Armando came and installed the new one even it was raining. As a follow up, he called and came again to set the mode to meet my needs. Great service!"
