First, the contractor contacted me immediately and we scheduled a visit for the next morning, however, during the evening, the tech texted me several times with questions and details regarding the sliding door so he could procure the correct parts, he showed up the next morning with the correct parts. The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! I would definitely not hesitate using this contractor again. Well done!"

Communication 5/5 - Jeff was very responsive to questions and clearly communicated the work and timeline. Timeliness 5/5 - Both the consultation and installation started on time. The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They installed the new windows and applied the cleanest caulk line I’ve ever seen. They cleaned up after themselves. The Anlin windows that were installed works perfectly and are beautiful."

"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

They have not yet contacted me regarding the work to be done. As I am preparing to go on a vacation and will not return until the middle of next week, I'm in no hurry. If I haven't heard from them by the end of next week (May 29), I will contact them the following week.

I had paid the $1,000 advance by Visa through Angie's List, since Best Exteriors only accepts Pay Pal. Angie's sent them a check, but Best Exteriors said they didn't know what it was for, so it took two months to get an agreement signed. It seems to me that they could have called Angie's to ask what it was for. If I received a check for that much and didn't know why, I'd be on the phone right away to find out. I paid it in March. The job was done in July.

The crew of two men showed up on time and did a great job installing the windows. The problems started after the windows were in. The re-installed my two window air conditioners, but left large gaps around them where wind and water could get in.

 They fixed one of them before they left, but I had to call the office to get the other one done. It was fixed a week later, but then Alex called me and said it was not part of their job to put the A/C back in, and the customer should make the arrangements for that. Well, alright, but he didn't tell me that when he came out to make the arrangements for the work to be done. It would have been a deal breaker for me, as I am elderly and not strong enough to do that. He said they had "gone above and beyond" by putting the A/C back in for me, but I don't think it's too much to expect them to put things back as they were when they started the job. Certainly they should have told me if it wasn't part of the agreement.

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

He has done multiple types of projects for me including painted inside of house, built and installed bookcases, resolved electrical issues, installed new lighting, fixed water heater, organized garage and installed shelving and loft, fixed sprinkler system and a myriad of other smaller projects. He is very easy to work with and has all the tools he needs for any project. He will do a great job on whatever projects you have. Highly recommend."
