"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait. I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace. It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool. It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace. Wish I had done it years ago! The technician was early and efficient. Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done. Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.
"What do you do when the gas company turns off your gas due to a leak? You would want a licensed plumbing company that is: quick to respond, has a free estimate, comes out on a Saturday, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, quality work, courteous, and above all else,...integrity. Jason and his team at J I G Plumbing are all that! We were given an initial estimate, but as the trenching started, he informed us that the repair would not be as extensive as previously thought. He re-calculated the cost, saving us considerable money. Jason and his team patiently answered all our questions and informed us of their progress. Jason also provided photos of damaged areas and the finished repair. The repair was completed professionally and efficiently, and the gas company came to inspect/turn the gas on the same day. We are happy to have J I G Plumbing as our "go-to" for all our plumbing needs in the future!"
"They replaced our gas line from the meter at the street to the front of our house. They answered all my questions and explained the process ahead of time. The crew was professional and respectful of our property. The work was done in a timely manner at a good price. They made sure the gas appliances were working before leaving, and replaced and watered the grass that had been dug up for the trenching."
"I had a great experience with a drain cleaning service at my home in Los Alamitos. Our main line was backing up, and they were able to get someone out the same day.
Our technician Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the blockage and how he was going to fix it. He thoroughly cleaned the drain and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before leaving.
You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I appreciate the honest service, fair pricing, and quick response. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone in Los Alamitos who needs reliable drain cleaning service!"
"I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having. The technician who came out was Joe. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly. If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem. I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."
"We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. I will keep Albano as a favorite. Ok here it goes: “Honesty is the best policy. You earn my trust, I give you my money.”"
"Wes @ Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our plumbing issues and even gave us advice on how to properly care for our drains and system to avoid problems in the future. Very, much appreciated!! Wes was quick to return our call and schedule an appointment that worked best for us. I also scheduled for work to be done at my parent’s home, knowing they would be in knowledgeable, trustworthy hands! He is definitely highly recommended! Thanks so much Wes!"
"Rubin at Empire Plumbing not only cleared my drain but offered an explanation of how to prevent future problems. I called him late the day before the repair and he showed up early the next morning to fit my job into his already busy day. I appreciate his knowledge and efficiency in getting my job done."

With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.
