The task went effectively. We like our brand-new restroom! The particular employees, i.e., plumbing professional, cabinet makers, painters, etc. Ran Leemore as well as his group did an excellent task and was really prompt. The movie director of the job was superior! Ran was very hands-on as well as ensured that every little thing went efficiently, if there was any problems we had, they're quickly resolved as well as settled. They ensured that i was involved in the procedure by clarifying everything in detail and to see to it that i understood what was being done and also when ..."

We chose this company to redesign both our master bathroom and guest bathroom. They're very reasonably valued compared to the 4 other price quotes we got. The tasks started on the agreed upon time and also completed in the agreed upon time frame. We were kept educated of what would be occurring on each work day. every one of the craftsman was expert and also polite and also maintained our home as well as property cool as well as clean. Every day the workspace were left in as tidy problem as feasible. The top quality of the products and also handiwork were above standard and also the focus to detail were fantastic. We were extremely happy with the end result of our tasks. We expect working with 88 Builders Group in the future and also suggest them to others in need of home enhancement projects."

88 Builders Group Inc. to remodel my master bathroom and couldn't be more pleased with the result. The remodel included a new tile floor, shower with pony wall, tub, countertop, painting of the cabinets, walls and ceiling as well as new fixtures, mirrors and lights. They provided excellent communication, keeping us informed of next steps and timelines on this complex effort. The remodel came in on schedule and the cost matched the quotes provided. I highly recommend Seek Design and Renovation...'

We had our basement completed by 88 Builders Group Inc. as well as were amazed by the quality of the work as well as the professionalism and reliability of the home builder. Their costs were really reasonable and also we found them simple to speak to worrying our ideas concerning design and function of the cellar. Ran Leemore took our ideas and also discovered price conserving ways to make them work within our budget. Ran Leemore and also his team were straightforward, cool and clean and also we felt very comfortable having them in our home. We have no doubt in recommending Ran and also using them once more for our next large task which will certainly be a large deck for the yard

Erinn came out and talked with me about our project - he was amazingly thoughtful and professional. We have to decide whether to move forward with the project, but I would recommend talking to Alpha Structural about your project.

We are selling our house and during escrow the potential buyer had all inspections done. As it turned out, we had substantial mold on the interior basement walls from water seeping in. We immediately hired a mold remediation co., but we also needed to make sure the mold would not reoccur. Our broker gave us the contact info for Alpha Structural and next day Mark came out to assess the issues. He said the only way to properly fix the water problems was to trench around perimeter of exterior foundation/ basement walls, prep the walls thoroughly, apply multiple coats of waterproofing compound and install a rubber membrane material around walls to protect them from the soil. Also, they would need to install a french drainage system around foundation/basement walls and it had to be at least one foot below basement floor for it to work properly. And they were going to try to tie in the french drain to our existing sump pump in our basement interior floor. Next day Alpha sent me the quote and I agreed to the terms. July 2, their crew started digging the trench which turned out to be at least 7 feet deep. Let me tell you those guys worked hard! Our soil is very compact so they were using jack hammers to dig through it. Finally, after days of digging they reached the desired depth. They did everything the way Mark said- prepping walls, waterproofing walls, installing rubber membrane and installing french drain. And they were successful in tying into existing sump pump. Next step, backfilling the trench and they did that correctly too with proper compaction. Throughout the whole process, the Alpha crew were very professional and did the job the CORRECT way- no shortcuts. I would highly recommend Alpha Structuring and use them again on future projects

The mark of a good company is not how they handle things when everything goes right, but how they handle things when things go wrong. I live in a 100 year old house, and old houses have surprises. On two occasions, my house gave Alpha a little more than they were expecting, and both times, they stepped up and proved why they have the reputation they do. The first time, the footing under my kitchen was undermined, and they intended to put two concrete pads in to fix it. When they realized their initial plans to fix it weren't quite sufficient, they brought out one of their in house engineers, and they built Fort Knox (in a good way) under the kitchen. The kitchen of my house is probably the most secure part of my house now. It will survive the Apocalypse. Then, they were contracted to fix the the stairs in the back of my property. The side of the stairs was separating from the stairs themselves, and Alpha was contracted to replace the wall. But when they removed it, they found the the old stairs there were just a thin layer of concrete over loose rock, which spilled out undermining them. It's something they never could have seen or known from the outside. Mark, one of the bosses of the company came out and looked at it, and had them replace the entire stairs, which now look amazing and are very safe for my children. I also can't say enough how on top of it the people were. Dieter, their supervisor, was amazing. He stopped by frequently to make sure everything was on track and up to standards. You'd hear him pulling up on his motorcycle, and if you had questions, he'd talk through everything that was going on with you. (And be very patient with you about the questions.) When there were job hiccups, he just let me know that they had it under control and was unflappable. He always told me things were going to be fine, and then took care of it. His crews were professional, considerate, hard working, and polite. If you get any of the guys I had, you're in good hands: -Oscar and Marlon did an amazing job on the kitchen underpinning, bolting, and sheerwalling my basement. -Gregorio, Jonathan, and Henry were excellent, and replaced my stairs. (And Gregorio, in particular, is an artist with cement.) Both crews made me realize how consistently good the quality of the work done by this company is. I highly recommend Alpha, especially if you work with any of these crews

Mark Schlaich came to my house the same day that I called to make an appointment. I explained what the problem was. After inspecting the problem area, he explained the cause of the leak and the repairs that were required. He carefully walked me through the repair process step by step so that I understood what work they were going to do. Once the contract was signed the work was scheduled a week later. Rejean Guy the project superintendent and the men who did the work showed up on time. The job was completed right on schedule. When completed the work site was cleaned. Rejean returned after the work was done to make sure that everything was OK and that I was satisfied

The construction took about one month as expected. Everything was done exactly as presented and on time. The workers were there on time and put in full days. There was a project manager and a project superintendent to monitor the job. At the end of every day, the work area was left clean and as tidy as possible. They were respectful of the tenants privacy and comfort as it's difficult to live in a construction zone. The project superintendent or project manager gave me regular updates and encouraged me to come look at how it was going. They were patient and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions. I was frequently called by Kyle Tourge, the structural assessor to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. These are great people to work with. They are professional, caring and take pride in their company and the work they do. We had a few glitches along the way which can happen with any project. They were on it and addressed my concerns immediately. For me, the way problems are handled is more important than everything going smoothly as something will always happen, especially on a big job like mine. I would always use Alpha Structural and would be comfortable referring them to anyone

"For those of you who want the short version: horrible customer service and communication, hired sub-contractor who he had never worked with before, 5 weeks past quoted timeline, unprofessional. For those of you who want the full review: I did a lot a research before hiring Pro-Tec. I was looking for a local contractor who could perform a small sized master bathroom remodel project. The project consisted of demo and haul away, installation of marble tiles, vanities, stand up shower, relocating a wall by a foot and moving the electrical/plumbing, etc. I had three contractors come out and Sonny was the most attentive. He lives very close to my house so he stopped by three times to go over things before the project started. I was impressed and felt he understood what I wanted the most of the three who I met with. He and his company had good reviews online (which now I wonder if they are even real and recent reviews) and his contractor’s license is clear and current with the state board, so I hired him even though he was not the least expensive of the three bids I got. Keeping in mind that I still had to order, pay, and pick up the marble tiles, the vanities, the toilet, and all the fixtures. So my bid was just labor, demo, haul away, installation, and working materials. This company is not full service in that manner. He told me that the project time line would be three weeks and I responded that seemed like a long time for such a small project. He said it was the time he needed and that they may finish sooner but three weeks was what he needed and we agreed upon. He came on the day selected to go over things and the project started shortly after. Every week Sonny would text me asking for a payment and not for any other reason or to check how the project was going. I made the payments as requested even though progress was very slow. Each day a worker or maybe two would arrive around 10am or later (some days not until the late afternoon). Most days it was just one worker. Some days he took days off for personal reasons. No one told us he wasn’t coming. I had to contact Sonny why there was not any work being done at the house. The worker did as much as one person can do in a day. He would stay until 6-7pm most days. On the second week we were concerned and expressed it. We were assured that the worker would be done on time. On the third week we informed Sonny of how disappointed we were with how the project was being handled and that they were nowhere near being done. Again, we were assured the project would be done. Even though at this point the tile hadn’t even been started! Every time we asked, he would say it will be done by the coming Saturday. Everything went from bad to worse from here. I learned that the worker that was doing my project had never worked for Sonny before and that he was a sub-contractor. So even though I hired Pro-Tec and trusted Sonny, he hired someone else he’s never used before to do my project for him. If I wanted some random worker to do my project I could have found that myself and saved time and money. Every time I confronted Sonny about the progress he would blame it on something else which was not true or blame the worker. We have remodeled several times and know the process and timelines for such things so lying to us does not help. It just makes it worse. Now we are on week four and completely irritated when Sonny comes by the house and has the nerve to ask for another payment, I told him that I would not pay another penny until serious progress had been made. The workers being stressed out by Sonny and is trying his best to complete the project but it’s a big job for one person. Some days he’d stay until 11 or 12pm when we really needed him to leave so we could go to sleep. On weeks five, six, seven more of the same. Hardly hearing from Sonny unless I contacted him to complain or ask a question, the worker here 10am-? just trying to get the project done. The worker was visibly frustrated and so were we. We felt trapped in this project and contract with Sonny. This project went on so long (started 4/23 and completed 6/25) we had to cancel several important events that we usually host, Memorial day, Mother’s day, Father’s day, etc. I cannot express how much I regret hiring and trusting this company with my project. Things in my house were damaged during the process due to carelessness; the whole house was a disaster for the time they worked inside and keeping it clean was very difficult. Dust and debris everywhere. Furniture , floors, and stairs started off covered but once it was so dirty and dusty we had to remove it, they never replaced it. A stair banister corner was damaged, it was repaired but it’s not the same. The finish on our floors was damaged and will need to be replaced. They left stains on the driveway from products and leaking trucks, just a mess. Finally, they finished just shy of 8 weeks! The project is done now and it came out fine for the most part. The result is what I’m sure any contractor would do. Nothing great or above and beyond or better than average…just done. The icing on the cake, the night the worker finished doing the last of the touch ups, not even an hour later Sonny texts me asking for the final payment! WOW! This shows the kind of person he is and now you know what you can expect.
