"P.E.R.F.E.C.T!!!   it was a big project: 3 bedrooms, two baths, 6 closets, living room and kitchen/dinette with vaulted ceilings.  Plus 4 large walls of old wallpaper to deal with.   From quote to finish, Walt is professional, punctual, and thorough.  We appreciate very much his expertise and skill.  He turned a 50 year old house into a sparkling masterpiece ready for move-in.   The hardwood floors through out were protected.  All teeny blemishes and wall damage were repaired.   His time estimate to completion (even thru 90+ degree days) was spot on.

"They came out right away for an estimate, and got started the next day. Came out with a team of four painters. Some on the team were more skilled than the others. The quality was generally good. I pointed out some places that needed to be touched up, and they sent someone out to do these. I think they underestimated the job. It took one entire day longer then expected. Upon the completion, Frank told me the job was an extra $500 due to extra costs. When I asked what those costs were, they seemed unreasonable to me. For example, in one room I asked them to do only the trim because I am wallpapering it. They did not "see" the windows in the room when providing me the estimate so wanted to charge me extra to do the trim on the windows. They also wanted to charge me extra to do the baseboard in one room where I had asked them to paint the entire room. I said I didn't think I should pay that, and they were fine with that."
