"I'm sorry you feel this way. We did not discuss nor price back rolling. We did not discuss priming and then painting, because the paint that I had you buy had primer in it. The reason for not having a prime coat before is because it would be all white. It would be more costly if we had you get primer and a white paint when the white paint already had primer in it. Also,the wood you are talking about was already pre-primed wood, that was just darker than what you wanted, that we talked about(T111). I went back and hit every crack with a brush(exterior). You had holes everywhere in your walls and we filled all of the major ones and a lot of minor ones, not like we discussed. I quoted you 3 tubse of free caulking and anything more would be charged and we used 5 tubs and didn't charge you. Your trees are growing into your gutters so we couldn't avoid hitting some leaves. When I did the walk around with you, you were pointing out things that ended up being shadows on the wall and telling me that I didn't do a good enough job. I'm sorry you are not happy with the overall job. We would be happy to come touch up anything. We did give you a 30% discount on the exterior and "price matched" the interior (Just a bonus, doesn't equal lesser quality) and wouldn't think of charging you for coming back and doing touch-ups."
