We'd been worried about our aging electrical system and used Angi's to find a few companies to get estimates from. Omri came and gave us our free estimate. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me and my grandmother. He let us know what the most vital upgrades were (replace and flip subpanel out of a closet, replace feeder wire from the main panel to the subpanel, and replace the outlets in the bathrooms with GFCI outlets). Omri sent us an estimate and because of his thoroughness and thoughtfulness we decided to go with CA Electrial Group 24/7. We were told it would take 2-3 days to get the permit from the city and that all of the work would be done in a day. When we received the quote, we accepted it (subpanel replacement and installation, feeder wire from main to sub panel, drywall repair, GFCI outlets, and pulling of the permit) and paid the $200 deposit) We were able to schedule the work to be done the following week. The day of, Ricky came & replaced the subpanel & worked with another worker to replace the feeder line. They both seemed very skilled and were very careful with their work. They took a lot of time to make sure that everything was done well and correctly and cleaned up everything. They had not been aware of the need to also replace the 3 GFCI outlets, as they do not have access to the quote. They replaced them nonetheless, though. Benito came in the next day to complete the drywall and stucco patch work and painting. They all did AMAZING work! The only areas of confusion came down to the city permits & timing of the job. Upon our initial meeting, we had been told that the work would all be completed in a single day & that the company would handle the permits. After all of the electrical work was completed on day one, we were informed that the drywall work could be scheduled whenever we wanted it. We spoke with Omri again about the original discussion about the job taking just a single day and he apologized and scheduled the drywall work for the next day. What we did not know, though, was this meant that we could no longer have the city come inspect the work in order to get the permit as all of the work had now been covered up. Before paying the bill my grandmother wanted to make sure that the city would be coming in to complete the inspection, as we had discussed both prior to the work being done and while the work was being done, but we were then informed that if we wanted a permit, we would not only need to pay an additional fee (city fees - not mentioned in the original discussion) & have to have the drywall cut out and replaced again. It may have been an issue of miscommunication, but it was a bit of a frustration and left my grandmother feeling a bit worried about being up to code and feeling a bit upset about the whole project. Omri did everything he could to make it right and to work around our schedule to get the inspection and new work done, so we do appreciate this, but wished this had all been made more clear from the getgo. Overall, the work they do is fantastic, but would highly suggest that you keep track of everything discussed as many details seem to fall through the cracks. * It should also be noted that the company changed the quote after the fact to include the new fee that had not been discussed in the original meeting and quote. The original quote we received on 7/9 had charged us $0 for pulling the permit, but we can no longer access this version of the quote as they changed it on 7/19 after my grandmother had requested a copy of the permit.

Responded immediately to our inquiry. Sent their guy, Israel, for inspection. Since the job was not complicated, we had him complete the job. He was very respectful, told us the problem, proceeded to complete the job. I would highly recommend CA Electrical Group.

CA electrical group 24/7 was fantastic to work with. I called them on behalf of my next door neighbor - we didn’t know what the problem was but they came out for an inspection the next day, figured out the problem immediately, and then were able to start 2 days later. They had the breaker box replaced and entire kitchen rewired in a few hours. They were punctual, efficient, easy to communicate with, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I am updating my rating for CA Electrical (Unfortunately Angi will not allow me to edit, so I am posting this as a new review). After posting my original review I was contacted by CA Electrical. The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. I felt that they were earnest in trying to make things right, so I agreed to give them another chance. I ultimately decided to select them for my project to replace sub panel and install outlets. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. Their workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up some messy electrical wiring that had been there before. As an electrical engineer, I also appreciated the crews knowledge of code and ability to explain the technical side of the installation. I would use them again.

Excellent. Supervisor diagnosed issue same day I called. Work quoted and team assigned following week. Team were all pros - explained each step, asked the right questions, protected floors & walls, cleaned entire work area before leaving. Cut power only to the rooms involved - rest of house fully functional - including A/C!! Rewired entire back of house in 2 days. Drywall repair expert equally efficient - matched paint and wall texture perfectly, very creative wallpaper repair - left all 4 rooms better than the original. I cannot recommend this company more highly - and will not hesitate to call them again.

Prompt reply to my request for a quote to replace my attic fan. Appointment scheduled for three days later. Serviceman arrived on time and work was done professionally. Hauled away old fan and left no mess.

I needed to upgrade my panel to 200 amps and got multiple quotes from electricians. I thought I knew what work needed to be done and only wanted quotes but Ben insisted on meeting at the property in person. I am very glad he did because he took the time to walk around the property and ask what really needed done and what my goals were relative to the project. I have chosen him to install two split units in that same house and won't even Ben going with someone else because of his attention to detail and level of customer service that was provided. He did the work quickly, correctly, and was communicated with me what was going on through every step of the process. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. You can call another electrician but I doubt it will be as good as CA Electrical Group.

I must say I have found one of the ultimate, best Electricians in the business, they are extremely courteous, professional and on time! I needed a ceiling fan installed, apparently no job is too small, they definitely go the distance! You won't be disappointed. Benjamin is very knowledgeable in his craft, and now we not only a professional Electrician, in addition a new found friend!!! Thanks a million, you guy's rock!

Ben did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fan. He was on time, very clean and charged me the price he quoted. He even wore protective booties over his shoes while inside the house. I'm now looking for more projects for Ben to do. Thank You again, see you soon Ben.

Ben came to look at my AC unit thinking it was an electrical problem. It turned out to be a setting problem. He made some suggestions and adjustments to the panel, the unit started cooling better. He didn't charge me for his suggestions and adjustments. Ben is a very honest man. I recommend his business. If I need him for electrical problem I would defiantly call him and recommend him to friends\family.

Excellent service. I needed to upgrade my electric panel, Ben did an excellent job very professional. Installing switches, circuit breaker panels, relays, and other electrical control and distribution equipment was the right call.
